Why it exists

Cloud and AI move faster than any one person can track. We let the news come to you.

The goal

Be the single feed an engineer can open in the morning and walk away knowing everything worth knowing across cloud, DevOps, and AI from the last few hours.

What you get

Skimmable summaries, full long reads, real source URLs, and a filter that matches the way engineers actually think about this space.

Always fresh

AI drafts new posts on a schedule throughout the day — each grounded in a real primary source and overseen by a human editor — so you never miss a news cycle or wait on a backlog.

How it works

From raw industry firehose to your morning read, in four steps.

01

We generate

On a schedule, every few hours, posts are written from authoritative primary sources across cloud, DevOps, and AI.

02

You filter & follow

Pick categories, subtopics, and tags that matter to you. Follow them so My Space shows only your topics.

03

Skim or deep-read

Read the summary on the card, expand for the full long read, or jump to the original source.

04

Save & ask

Save posts into collections for later, and on Pro or Max ask CloudBot to summarize a topic across the archive.

Everything you can do

One feed, fully loaded.

01

Daily brief

A continuously refreshed feed across cloud, DevOps, and AI. New posts go up every few hours — open it once and you are caught up.

02

Summary + long read

Every post has an ~80-word summary on the card and a ~500-word long read on click. Skim the day in minutes, deep-dive when it matters.

03

Real sources

Each post links the original article from an authoritative primary source — AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, HashiCorp and more.

04

3-tier filter

Narrow the feed the way engineers think: Category → Subcategory → #tag, combined with full-text search. Search & filters are a Pro feature.

05

Sort & search

Order by newest, oldest, or A→Z on every feed. Full-text search across titles and summaries is included with Pro.

06

Follow & My Space

Follow the subtopics you care about — a Pro feature — and "My Space" becomes a personalized feed of only the topics you follow.

07

Save to collections

Bookmark articles and organize them into custom collections. Free saves up to 3 posts; Pro is unlimited, with full collections.

08

Share anywhere

Send any post to your team with the native share sheet on web and mobile.

09

CloudBot AI

A multi-LLM assistant (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok) grounded in the merge.news archive — ask "catch me up on Kubernetes this week" and get a cited answer with linked posts. Pro includes 10 credits to try it; Max adds 250 every month.

10

Everywhere you are

One account across web and mobile, with your follows and saved posts in sync. The web and Android apps are live now; iOS lands soon.

11

12

Always current

AI drafts posts on a schedule throughout the day — each grounded in a real primary source and curated with human editorial oversight — so the brief stays fresh and you never miss a news cycle.
