Apigee Emulator v2.0.0 Released, Decoupled from Apigee Hybrid

Google Cloud has announced the release of Apigee Emulator version 2.0.0, a notable update that introduces independent versioning and release cycles for the emulator. Previously, the Apigee Emulator's updates were tied to the release schedule of Apigee hybrid software.
