FPT Launches Flezi Foundry™ for AI-Augmented Software Delivery and IT Operations

Global IT corporation FPT has officially launched Flezi Foundry™, a new AI-augmented delivery platform aimed at transforming how enterprises approach software development and IT operations. The platform is built around a governed Service-as-a-Software model, which strategically combines autonomous AI agents with essential human expert oversight and secure infrastructure. This initiative is designed to help organizations modernize their technology delivery processes as AI agents become increasingly integral to software engineering and operational workflows. Flezi Foundry introduces a structured delivery approach called "Agentic Engineering." This model seamlessly integrates AI agents into existing delivery workflows, ensuring that human supervision, robust governance, transparency, and measurable performance are built into every step. The platform operates through two distinct service modes tailored to different enterprise needs. The first mode, Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), is dedicated to supporting software development. It leverages specialized AI agents across critical phases such as planning, coding, review, testing, security, and documentation. Under human supervision, ADLC is projected to significantly improve delivery capacity, quality, and transparency, with a goal of delivering up to 30% more output within the same budget. Complementing ADLC is Agentic Managed Services (AMS), which applies the same human-agent model to IT operations. Operations agents within AMS are designed to assist with alert triage, incident resolution, remediation, and continuous service improvement. This is expected to help enterprises achieve faster response times, increase automation, and strengthen overall service performance. At its full maturity, AMS aims to automate the resolution of 60% to 90% of first-line support requests and support 99.5% service-level compliance. The platform's foundation rests on four key pillars: a hybrid sovereign infrastructure that combines Azure Virtual Private Cloud with FPT AI Factory; Hybrid FTE Pods, where human supervisors govern AI agents through Human-in-the-Loop and Human-on-the-Loop models; capacity-based pricing linked to story-point velocity and outcome-based SLA tiers; and a Digital Brain and Skill Marketplace that captures reusable standards, runbooks, and expertise. FPT also provides a structured transition pathway to support lower-risk adoption for enterprises.
