DOJ Cites Iran War to Dismiss xAI Pollution Lawsuit

The U.S. Justice Department has moved to dismiss a lawsuit filed against Elon Musk's xAI, arguing that the company's Grok artificial intelligence model is vital to national security, particularly in the context of the ongoing Iran War.
