Veeam Software and Everpure have announced a significant expansion of their strategic alliance, unveiling a new initiative dubbed "DataAI Resilience." This collaboration aims to merge advanced data protection, robust cybersecurity measures, and artificial intelligence capabilities into a unified defense network designed to protect complex corporate infrastructures from the escalating threats of autonomous AI agent errors and sophisticated ransomware attacks. The partnership signifies a shift from conventional backup strategies to a more proactive and automated approach to data security. A cornerstone of this enhanced alliance is the planned integration of Portworx by Everpure and Kasten by Veeam, scheduled for release in Q3 2026.
