GS Neotek Unveils AI-Based Method to Cut Incident Analysis Time at AWS Summit
GS Neotek, a prominent technology firm, recently announced a groundbreaking development in operational efficiency at the AWS Ambassador Global Summit 2026, held in Seattle on June 3rd. The company unveiled an artificial intelligence-based methodology designed to drastically shorten the time spent on incident analysis, a critical process in maintaining robust cloud infrastructure.
The core of GS Neotek's innovation lies in its "incident agent" architecture, which is powered by generative AI and large language models (LLMs). This sophisticated system is capable of reducing the contextual data typically fed to LLMs by approximately 80 percent. This optimization is crucial for accelerating the root cause analysis (RCA) process, especially in environments dealing with petabyte-scale operational data and high traffic volumes.
Traditionally, performing a comprehensive root cause analysis in such complex environments could take up to three hours and 30 minutes. However, with GS Neotek's new generative AI-based method, this extensive process can now be completed in a mere 20 minutes. This represents a substantial improvement in speed and efficiency, enabling organizations to address and resolve incidents much faster, thereby minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
A key technical advantage of this methodology is its ability to parallelize tool calls. This parallel processing capability allows for a four-fold reduction in response time compared to conventional sequential processing methods. Furthermore, the system empowers both internal and external operators to conduct rapid and repetitive incident analyses using simple natural language commands, democratizing access to advanced diagnostic capabilities.
Choi Sung-woo, an AI research engineer at GS Neotek's AI Center, presented this methodology at the summit and was recognized with the "AWS Ambassador Certification All-Star Award." This accolade highlights the significant contribution of GS Neotek to customer success and technical leadership within the AWS ecosystem, underscoring the practical and impactful applications of generative AI in real-world cloud operations. The development signifies a crucial step forward in leveraging AI for proactive and efficient management of complex IT infrastructures.
