Neousys Unveils BSP-Matched Mini-ITX Carrier Board for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Edge AI

Neousys Technology, a prominent provider of robust embedded computing solutions, has officially launched its Jemii-150 series, marking a significant advancement in the realm of industrial edge AI. Announced on June 22, 2026, the Jemii-150 is distinguished as one of the first BSP-matched Mini-ITX carrier boards specifically engineered for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules. This design philosophy ensures seamless compatibility with NVIDIA’s official JetPack releases, allowing system developers to maintain software alignment without the need for extensive redevelopment efforts. This consistency is crucial for accelerating the transition from evaluation to full-scale production. The new carrier board is built to support demanding edge AI applications, featuring an extensive array of input/output capabilities. These include five Gigabit LAN ports, with four supporting Power over Ethernet Plus Plus (PoE++), which is vital for multi-sensor setups requiring both data and power delivery. Additionally, the Jemii-150 offers PCIe expansion slots and flexible storage interface options, accommodating bandwidth-intensive AI workloads commonly found in industrial settings. Its robust construction and support for a wide 9-32 VDC input range, alongside standard ATX power, make it adaptable to diverse industrial deployment scenarios. Morris Lee, Product Manager at Neousys Technology, highlighted that the Jemii-150 provides a deployment-ready solution that surpasses the robustness of typical developer kits while being easier to integrate than many proprietary carrier boards. By combining official software alignment with an open Mini-ITX architecture, Neousys aims to strike a balance between performance and affordability, thereby helping customers reduce system costs and accelerate their time-to-market. The board’s industry-standard Mini-ITX form factor (170mm × 170mm) further enhances mechanical flexibility, simplifying integration with off-the-shelf chassis. Target applications for the Jemii-150 series are diverse and impactful, including intelligent video analytics (IVA), infrastructure for roadside traffic monitoring, and compact autonomous mobile robot (AMR) systems. The board's design, which supports NVIDIA SDK Manager, ensures that developers can leverage NVIDIA's software ecosystem effectively. This strategic product launch by Neousys Technology underscores the growing demand for specialized, high-performance edge hardware that can reliably support the complex computational needs of modern AI at the edge.
