Amsterdam-headquartered enterprise AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in Series C funding at a $5 billion valuation. Led by Insight Partners with strategic participation from Salesforce alongside Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners, the funding more than doubles the company’s $2 billion valuation from its Series B round six months ago. Founded in early 2025 by Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar, Wonderful builds an enterprise AI operating system designed to orchestrate autonomous agents, end-to-end business workflows, and governed execution across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
The sheer size of this round signals that enterprise capital is shifting focus from isolated LLM model weights to the glue, governance, and orchestration fabrics required to run them reliably in production.
